Due to the low birth rate and people living longer, in a matter of a few years, one-quarter of Singapore's population will be the ageing population of those 60 years and above. Thus the retirement age has increased and also various schemes introduced to get enterprises to engage seniors. However, there are many seniors with years of skills and experiences which can benefit even more people thus we see the importance to harness these by helping them to discover the Gems in them and co-create solutions to impact.
Seniorpreneurship is for seniors who are aspiring to start something whether it is a business, or a non-profit initiative to impact lives. The course will let seniors discover the GEMS in them, how to turn them into a business/service and what it takes to market them.
In this ONE day intensive workshop, you will get to Discover and crystalize the Gems in you! Then you will Design your Solutions and get an overview of how you can prototype your Demo for your solutions to test and improve it before Developing it into a Business.
